Tuesday April 14th - Draw! Grab a pen, pencil, markers! Try some zentangles, sketching what you see, or even stick people! Or search for a drawing
class online and unleash your inner artist!!!
Monday April 13th - Write! Pick up something to write with today and start. Try for 15 mins. A poem. A story. A novel. A list. Aim for at least 15 mins.

Thursday April 9th - Will this winter ever end?!? Challenge a family member to a game of cards... Crazy 8 countdown, Crib, Solitare, Go Fish, etc.
Wednesday April 8th - Sometimes it's easy to forget all of the great things that are happening in our world at times like this. Write a gratitude list. Aim for 10. What are you thankful for? Let's focus on the positives!
Tuesday April 7th - Move! Search for a yoga or exercise video to follow. Aim for at least 30 mins.
Monday April 6th - Start a jigsaw puzzle. Challenge yourself with a 1000 pieces or more!

Wednesday March 25th: Are you an animal lover? Join the Assinaboine Park Zoo online at 1pm for their live webcast with the seals.
Tuesday March 24th: Plan and cook a meal for you and your family. Bonus marks if you can fit in something from every food group!
Monday March 23rd: Get outside and go for a walk with your family or pet. Aim for 30 mins.
